allow the caster to create a non-moving fog of plasma to burn their targets
continuosly
over a period of time. The caster may
leave the area of affect without affecting the spell, however,
if the target moves out of the area, the spell will not affect
them unless they return to the area of affect
while the affect is still occuring. Damage is based on the
caster's skill in area affect offensive spells,
and the duration is dependant on the caster's skill in special
magic spells.
